Meet the Psychiatrist Behind ClariThrive
Board-certified. Clinically trained. Building tools that actually get used.

Why I Built ClariThrive
I built ClariThrive because I kept seeing the same gap — in my clinical work and in the broader mental health system.
Patients left appointments with a diagnosis but no clear framework for what to do between visits. Providers spent time recreating psychoeducation from scratch, appointment after appointment, without a consistent, credible resource to hand patients.
These tools exist to close both gaps. For patients: clarity, structure, and something to hold onto between appointments. For providers: professionally designed, physician-verified handouts you can feel confident distributing.
My Background
Dr. Sally He, MD MPH
Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist & Addiction Medicine Specialist
Founder, ClariThrive — Brookstream Psychiatry PLLCI'm a U.S. board-certified psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist with over 10 years of clinical experience treating adults with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and OCD.
My training spans both clinical psychiatry and population-level public health — which means I think about mental health tools not just at the individual level, but through a lens that accounts for real-life barriers, diverse communities, and scalable impact.

How These Tools Are Made
Every ClariThrive tool goes through a physician review and verification process. Clinical frameworks, therapeutic language, cited references, and safety language are all confirmed before publication.
The goal is a resource a provider would feel confident handing to a patient — and that a patient would actually read, keep, and use.
"These tools are not a replacement for clinical care. They're a bridge — between appointments, between confusion and clarity, between where you are and where you want to be."
— Dr. Sally He, MD MPH
