Refund policy

All products sold through ClariThrive are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a digital product has been delivered or download access has been granted.

Exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion in the following limited circumstances:

  • A verified technical failure prevented you from accessing or downloading your purchase

  • You were charged for a duplicate order

To request consideration of an exception, contact us at info@brookstreampsychiatry.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation.

We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, or circumstances unrelated to a verified technical failure.
