Refund Policy Due to the immediate-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after a product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or any ClariThrive product, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the District of Columbia.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the District of Columbia.
Modifications to Terms ClariThrive — Brookstream Psychiatry PLLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of or access to purchased products following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Severability If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClariThrive — Brookstream Psychiatry PLLC with respect to your purchase and use of our digital products, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
